There are a few tiny rust dots (from a straight pin perhaps). They would likely come our when treated though we make no guarantees.

Center has Hilton "H" logo with "Hilton" under.  Has border around all 4 edges of  ribbon and bows.  21" square.

Battenberg lace cushion or pillow cover. 1/2 oval shape. Yellowed and has some staining but it’s a good medium white cotton might come clean with an oxygen cleaner.
